Refund Policy

1. Overview

All sales are final, and we don't offer refunds. Templates are downloadable the moment your payment is confirmed.

Our templates are digital products. As soon as a payment is confirmed, the complete source code is available to download from your account, and a downloaded file can't be returned. For that reason, we can't offer refunds once a purchase is complete.

2. Before you buy

Please make sure a template is right for you before purchasing:

  • Explore its live preview, which runs the actual template, on desktop, tablet and mobile.
  • Read its page in the store: what's included, the pages and sections, the tech stack, and its fonts.
  • Read our License, especially what it says about images and fonts.
  • Email us at hello@silkui.com with any questions. We're happy to help you decide.

3. Your consent at checkout

By completing a purchase, you agree that the template becomes available to download immediately, and that you therefore give up any right to cancel the purchase or withdraw from it, to the extent the law allows.

4. The only exceptions

We will refund a payment only when:

  • You were charged twice for the same product by mistake. We refund the duplicate charge.
  • We couldn't deliver it. You paid, but the template never became available in your account, and we couldn't fix the problem within 7 days of you contacting us.
  • The law requires it. A refund is required by consumer law that applies to you.

If you find a bug in a template, email us. We'll fix it, and the fix will reach you through your account's lifetime updates.

5. How to contact us about a payment

Email hello@silkui.com within 14 days of the purchase. Include the email address on your account and the payment ID from your receipt. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment partner, Dodo Payments. How long they take depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

If something seems wrong with a charge, please contact us first; we will sort it out. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase that was delivered as described, we may suspend your account and your license to the templates involved while it is reviewed.
