1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Silk UI website and your purchases of templates from it. Silk UI is referred to as "we" or "us". By creating an account or buying a template, you agree to these terms, our License, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with your email address; we send you a one-time sign-in link, and there's no password. Use an email address you control, and keep access to it secure.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account. Don't share it.
  • Purchases are tied to your account, so use the same email address each time you sign in to reach your templates.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or are used for fraud.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are listed in US dollars. The price shown when you start checkout is the price you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect purchases you've already made.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partner, Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. It handles your payment details, sales tax and VAT, invoices and receipts. We never see or store your card details. Its terms also apply to the payment itself.
  • Depending on where you are, the checkout may show your local currency and add applicable taxes. The final amount is shown before you pay.

4. Delivery

  • Templates are delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, the template appears in your account and you can download it right away. We also email you a link to your account.
  • Nothing is shipped physically. We recommend keeping your own copy of downloaded files.
  • With lifetime updates, the latest version of each template you own stays available to download while Silk UI operates. If we ever plan to close the store, we will give you notice so you can download your templates.

5. Refunds

All sales are final; see our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions.

6. How you may use the templates

Your use of templates is governed by our License. In particular, you must replace all demo images and content before publishing, use only fonts you're licensed to use, and not resell or redistribute the templates.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share accounts, download links or template files with people who haven't bought them;
  • try to get templates without paying, or interfere with the checkout, downloads or security of the site;
  • scrape, overload or attack the site, or try to access other users' accounts or data;
  • use the site or templates for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful.

8. Our content

The website, template designs, source code, text, graphics and the Silk UI name belong to Silk UI or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the License you receive when you buy, these terms give you no rights to them.

9. Demos and previews

Live previews and screenshots show templates with placeholder images, fictional brands, names, testimonials and figures, purely to demonstrate the design. They don't describe real businesses or real results.

10. No warranty

The website and templates are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that templates will meet your requirements, work with every service or browser, or be free of errors. You are responsible for checking, testing and maintaining the End Products you build.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the site or templates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims and costs arising from your End Products, your content, or your breach of these terms or the License.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms. Changes never take away rights you already have in templates you've bought.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of India, unless the consumer law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim there.
